Branded gaming café, High Grounds, opens in Tomas Morato; Predator 21 X lands in PH

Acer’s gaming PC brand, Predator, continues is thrust to dominate the local gaming PC market with the opening of High Grounds Café.

High Grounds Café is the country’s first and only fully branded gaming café and is operated by TheNet.com (TNC). The 500 sqm establishment is equipped with best-in-class and powerful Predator PC’s—approximately 110 units of the Predator G1 (GTX 1080) and Predator G3 (GTX 1060)–that are sure to provide unmatched gaming muscle to enthusiasts and professionals alike. Customers can rent out these fully-capable gaming PC’s at only PHP 80 per hour.

The interior of the café provides a conducive gaming environment like no other and presents itself as a perfect venue for meeting and connecting with people who share the same interests.

This generous space can also accommodate virtually hundreds of players at any given time, making it an ideal venue for gaming tourneys and such. Additionally, the gaming café has a snack and coffee bar that offers a wide-range of delectable food choices to recharge ‘war-tattered’ players.

Coinciding the opening of the High Grounds Café is the local launch of Predator’s monstrous 21 X. This gaming laptop offers a whole new level of immersion with drool-inducing features such as a 21-inch FD (2560 x 1080) IPS screen with 2000R curvature, 7th Generation Intel Core i7 processor, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 SLI with 16 GB GDDR5X graphics card paired with 64 GB of DDR4 system memory, four speakers and two subwoofers, and Acer ColorBlast technology for an irrefutable gaming experience.

Also present during the opening were the TNC Pro Team and rock band Kjwan.
