The Pioneer DJ DDJ-1000 professional controller inherits the best of the old and adds a couple of dashes of new and exciting features. The controller uses a layout similar to the flagship NXS2 models, making it compact and portable yet highly functional. It sports a familiar club-style layout, with an aluminum and acrylic-finished top panel and each jog wheel having a customizable LCD on-jog display, allowing DJs and producers to have better control over their mixes. The Magvel Fader has been improved on the DDJ-1000, promising long-lasting performance for more than 10 million movements. Plus, the software has been refined between the cross-fader and the jog wheel, reducing latency. Designed to make the most of the new and improved rekordbox dj interface, the DDJ-1000 also comes with brand new Beat FX (Enigma Jet, Mobius Saw, Mobius Triangle and Low Cut Echo) in addition to the 10 available already, as well as four Sound Color FX presets. The controller has 16 hot cues per deck, key shift controls, four inputs and 16 back-lit rubber performance pads.
