(TCCCI), Chevrolet’s exclusive importer and distributor in the Philippines, has renewed its partnership with the Walt Disney Company to further improve customer experience. With the help of Disney Institute, TCCCI leaders and dealer representatives were sent to Disneyland in Hong Kong to further refine their leadership, brand loyalty, creativity, and innovativeness.

The heavy investment in employee development is in line with the company’s “Be Chevy Strong” call to action. By tapping the world-renowned Disney customer expertise, TCCCI hopes to bring the same magic to their Philippine dealerships.
By training their employees, the bowtie brand seeks to build on the success of their 2014 outing. “In our 5 years of operations in managing the Chevrolet brand here in the Philippines, we are blessed to gain tremendous growth each year. Last 2014, the bowtie brand finished the year with 59.1% growth in sales and as we continue to grow, bring in new car models into the market and earn more trust from the public, we believe that it is necessary that we invest in world-class training programs that will provide our customers with a stronger dealer network and the Chevrolet experience that they deserve,” Arcilla shares.
