More than 10,200 Suzuki riders and fans gathered at the World Trade Center in Pasay City last January 28, 2018 for the annual Raider R150 Summit.

This year, all of Team Suzuki came together to help in the fast rehabilitation of the city of Marawi through its One Suzuki for Marawi donation drive in partnership with ABS-CBN’s Lingkod Kapamilya Foundation, Inc. (ALKFI) as part of the company’s CSR activities.

Understanding the city’s dire need for developmental aid, both Suzuki Philippines and the Suzuki Foundation Inc. focused their efforts on helping rebuild Marawi.

With the help of riders, dealers, trade partners and employees, Suzuki and ALKFI were able to raise more than PHP 2.6 million during the event. The donation will go a long way in helping ALKFI’s operations in the long-term rehabilitation of Marawi.

Suzuki Philippines executives led by company President Hiroshi Suzuki, SFI President and Suzuki Philippines Managing Director Norminio Mojica, and Suzuki Philippines Motorcycle Sales and Marketing General Manager Jun Bulot, turned over the donations to ALFKI which was represented by Managing Director Susan Afan and Rino Ramos and Sheryl Gabuya from marketing. Kapamilya stars and Suzuki Philippines brand ambassadors Liza Soberano and Enrique Gil were also at the event to witness the turnover.
