Starmobile recently announced that users of their Knight Luxe and Up Neo devices should be getting the Android Lollipop OS via the built-in over-the-air updater. Users simply have to go to the preinstalled Smartmobile Care app and click on the update field. Starmobile recommends at least a 1 mbps connection and at least 1 GB of free internal storage for a seamless experience. The company also advises a factory reset after updating in order to avoid any battery drain bugs and performance hiccups. Just make sure to create a backup of your files first.
