Huawei has gathered the country’s top information and communications technology (ICT) firms for the 2014 ICT Carnival held last October 28, 2014 at the InterContinental Manila, Makati City. The event saw the company showcasing their latest ICT solutions and services for enterprises and small and medium businesses.
Bearing the theme “Pave the Future a Better Way”, customers will get to interact with the following Huawei products during the four-day carnival: the Huawei SDN Agile Switch S12700 Series, Huawei high-end Storage Oceanstor 18000 Series, and various teleconferencing/videoconferencing equipment.

The OceanStor 18000 Series Enterprise is the answer for data centers looking for a high-performance machine with low maintenance costs. It is scalable up to 16 controllers and flaunts huge internal bandwidth for reliability. Up to 65,636 servers can access it simultaneously.
Meanwhile, the Huawei S12700 agile switches are designed for next-gen campus networks for speedy and flexible Software-Defined Networking. It uses Huawei’s Ethernet Network Processor, Versatile Routing Platform, Packet Conservation of Algorithm for Internet, and Wireless Access Controller to develop and maintain a connected network.
