    Canon PIXMA printers emerged as the no. 1 total inkjet printer brand for 2012 based on unit sales, according to the International Data Corporation (IDC).

    Canon dominated the inkjet printer industry in 2012 with a notable 45% market share, up from 2011’s 36%. The market share of PIXMA printers grew further after bagging the no. 1 title for inkjet printer brand for 2011. The total Inkjet, SFP, and MFP lines grew by 6%, 10%, and 9%, respectively.
