Apple faithful, we have good news for you guys. iMore has managed to wrangle the official release date of both the iPhone 5 and iPad Mini from sources that have been proven accurate in the past. The official unveil will be on September 12, with new iPhone 5 units rolling out come September 21. While everything is still a rumor (nothing is confirmed until Apple’s announcement) the iPhone 5 is rumored to roll with a new dock connector, quad-core processor, as well as a larger screen. The new iPad Mini meanwhile is rumored to have a screen size of 7 to 8 inches and will feature a price point significantly lower than the iPad. Will the purported design that we reported on earlier be the actual one that Apple shows on September 12? We’ll found out later.
