    98 inch gigantic screen

When it comes to televisions, bigger definitely seems to be better and LG is rolling out its biggest TV to date – the monster 98-inch Ultra HDTV.

    4K 3D+

The larger screen real estate amplifies your viewing experience with 4K 3D+ resolutions allowing for better picture clarity and color reproductions. The said resolution is four times that of Full HD, equating to 8.3 million pixels for vivid details. This also means that 3D flicks have images that are more lifelike and more in-your-face than ever before. All the action happens on an industry-preferred IPS 4K Panel, the same one used for sensitive jobs requiring razor-sharp precision such as in the medical and broadcast sectors.

    5.2ch-120W-Sliding-Speaker

Of course, immersion won’t be as good unless you have a beefy sound system to complement the visuals. This 98-incher is equipped with 5.2ch 120W sliding speakers designed by audio experts harmon / kardon. It boasts booming outputs courtesy of multi-channel surround sound from seven directions: top to bottom, left and right, and front and center.

LG’s UHD TV also has a webOS feature so you can access multimedia straight from the LG store. For a smarter TV experience, there is a launcher at the bottom of its home screen for easy back-and-forths between content, and a smart remote for better and more intuitive interfacing.

Mr. Hoony Bae, vice president for LG Philippines Home Entertainment, said, “Our newest offering, the 98-inch Ultra HDTV, totals the fun and entertainment of all our previous TV offerings. It is a milestone in itself, and there is no better season to launch it than this most festive season of Christmas. It is our way of multiplying home entertainment towards unchartered territories – all for our customers’ maximum enjoyment.”

The 98-inch LG UHD TV will be available before the year ends. If that size isn’t enough for you, then stay tuned for the launch of the 105-inch Ultra HD TV from LG, happening sometime after the debut of its “littler” brother.
