Premier Apple reseller Power Mac Center recently announced PMCService, a comprehensive mobile application portal that allows customers to have 24/7 full access to the service center’s offerings.
Boosting Power Mac Center’s premium customer care, the PMCService app allows users to easily book repairs and monitor the progress, all in real time. Appointments can be booked at the customer’s preferred schedule, and the repair status can be viewed online. Other handy features include free warranty coverage checks, a list of all Power Mac’s repair services, and an option to easily locate the branch nearest to the customer.
“There is rising demand for real-time access to services and other information among our customers. Power Mac Center wants to provide complete care to Filipino Apple market so we created the PMCService app, which is the first of its kind, yet to be offered by other Apple Authorized Service Providers in the Philippines,” said Power Mac Center marketing director Joey Alvarez.
The PMCService app will be made available on October 27, 2017. Customers may ask for assistance on downloading the mobile app by visiting the Power Mac Center Apple Authorized Service Provider at The Annex at SM City North EDSA, Northeast Square, SM Megamall, SM Aura Premier, Glorietta 5, SM Mall of Asia, Festival Supermall, Cebu Business Park, Abreeza Mall Davao, or KCC Mall De Zamboanga.
