You may now book a table at bars and clubs using your Globe-powered smartphone. All you need to do is charge the cost to your Globe prepaid credits or postpaid plan.

This innovation was made possible by the collaboration of Globe Labs, the developer community of Globe Telecom, and Partyphile, the first and the only go-to nightlife app in the world. Partyphile (formerly Guestlist.ph) is one of the tech startups being supported by Kickstart Ventures, Inc., a wholly-owned venture capital subsidiary of Globe.

“Just imagine the convenience this service would bring you when you make last-minute bar reservations and you don’t own a credit card. As long as you have your Globe phone, you can reserve and pay for a club table and the amount will automatically be deducted to your Globe prepaid load or charged to your monthly postpaid plan. This removes the hassle of going to the bank for payment or using the credit card of a friend or relative to make party table reservations in clubs,” said Anne Michelle Santos, Globe Labs Project Manager for Digital Media, the team which developed the charging tool used by Partyphile.

Partyphile offers a personalized nightlife experience to users according to their preference. Aside from getting in the guest list of all the top clubs, app users can also book tables for as low as a five percent down payment, buy an all access VIP membership and soon, even buy tickets.

Guestlist.ph mobile app debuted on December 2013 and currently has 40,000 users. Ron Baetiong, founder and CEO of the innovative app, decided to bring it up a notch by adding more useful functionalities that would be helpful for people to discover Manila’s nightlife, thus, born Partyphile.

“The reason why we rebranded to Partyphile is simple – we wanted to embrace all party goers into one app under one name that resonates what we do and not get limited with just one functionality,” he explained.

Baetiong also has big dreams for Partyphile. He said the brand is positioned not only for a regional expansion but is poised to go global as well.

“We have what it takes to succeed anywhere in the world as long as there are people who enjoy the nightlife. Because with Partyphile, discovery and access is just at your fingertips and nightlife will never be the same again,” he said.

Partyphile key merchant partners include Valkyrie, 71 Gramercy, Red Box, Pangaea, Chaos, Distillery, among others.
