Education is of utmost importance, but once copyrighted material starts becoming an issue, educators do have to tread carefully. Teachers need access to material, but have to do so in a way that is, of course, completely above board. In an attempt to untangle the mess of copyright law that surrounds using material available on the Internet, Silvia Tolisano, on the website http://langwitches.org/ created an infographic that gives teachers a great idea as to what can or cannot be used freely. It’s, of course still not clear-cut, so tread carefully, but it’s a good basis to decide what to do when faced with the dilemma. It’s very clear and easy to understand. Take a look at the process and the actual infographic HERE.
