Suzuki’s ‘Underbone King’ Raider R150 once again proved to be a force to be reckoned with at the speedway, with the Suzuki-VMan Racing Team garnering podium finishes at the 3rd Leg of the Super Series Nationwide Championships in Bacolod City.

Despite the intense battle, Suzuki-VMan Racing Team’s April King Mascardo and Eane Jay Sobretodo came out victorious, grabbing Champion and 2nd Runner Up spots respectively. On board their Raider R150 Fi, Mascardo who was also the pole sitter of the race consistently led the competition from the time trial to the finals, while Sobretodo who started 3rd on the grid shimmied his way through racers and landed a podium finish.

The team’s Djereck Ondillo and Dan Carlo Alvarado also displayed dominion in the Underbone Beginners/Novice Class with a powerful 1-2 finish, still on the Raider R150 Fi. Ondillio had a very strong performance securing 2 more championship wins at the Raider Breed Wars R150 Fi and R150 Carburetor One Make Races. Meanwhile, Alvarado secured 2nd place at the Raider Breed Wars R150 Fi One Make Race.

Beyond the exciting show of agility and strength during the official races, Suzuki also opened the tracks for attendees to test the Raider’s power and signature 150cc engine in the Raider Breed Wars Raider R150 Carburetor and Fi One Make races.
