Yamaha recently launched its first-ever mobile app that aims to engage more with Filipino riders.

Introduced during the inauguration of their 500th Yamaha 3S Shop located at BF Homes in Parañaque, the Yamaha Rev Buddy lets riders find and reserve a Yamaha motorcycle of their choice from the nearest 3S Shop. It also cuts the waiting time for service, allowing customers to book an appointment two days before their preferred schedule in just one tap. The app even offers apparel and accessories which can be purchased online and keeps people updated on the latest news, products, and events of Yamaha.

Earlier in the week, Yamaha posted a teaser about the Yamaha Rev Buddy and netizens were quick to join in on the guessing game. Gracing the event were Yamaha Motor Philipines president Hiroshi Koike, along with motoring vlogger Benedict Maniquis of MotoDeck. The motorcycle enthusiast shared his struggles in terms of reserving a slot to get his motorcycle serviced and purchasing a Mio Aerox that brought him all the way to Zamboanga because of the high demand. Discussing the features of the mobile app was Yamaha Motor Philippines marketing customer relations head John Hanzel Leyva.

The Yamaha Rev Buddy is now available for download through Google Play and the Apps Store.
