    Lenovo just launched the new ThinkBook lineup designed for the modern workforce.

    Combining exceptional style and performance, the ThinkBook series are professional consumer notebooks which boast metal body.

    Spearheading the lineup is the sleek ThinkBook 13S, which comes with a magnesium alloy body that adds to its premium look. It has a 13.3” FHD (1920 x 1080) IPS antiglare display with slim side bezels and is powered with Dolby Vision for better picture quality. Engineered for daily use, the ThinkBook showcases durability features found ThinkPad line. These include protection from water spills, extreme temperature, vibrations, and corrosion, as well as a zinc-alloy hinge with 25,000 open-and-close cycles.

    In terms of hardware, the ThinkBook is equipped with an 8th generation Intel Core i5 processor paired with a 512 GB M. 2 PCle SSD storage and 8GB of RAM.

    It comes in two variants: one with AMD RADEON 540X graphics with Windows 10 Home and the other with an Integrated Intel® UHD 620 on Unified Memory Architecture (UMA) graphics that runs on Windows 10 Pro. It also features long-lasting battery life that can run up to 11 hours and Rapid Charge feature which fills the battery up to 80% in just an hour of charging. Both models also has a ThinkShutter webcam cover and a fingerprint scanner for security. The laptops also get a 2-year and 1-year warranty  and retail for PHP 54,990 and 58,990 respectively.

    The lineup is also preloaded with productivity tools such as the Lenovo Vantage (for hardware diagnostics), Lenovo Migration Assistant (for migration of user files and settings), and a 30-day trial of Microsoft suite.

    The ThinkBook 13S also comes with preloaded features helpful for businesses such as the Lenovo Vantage, which offers tools for preventive hardware diagnostics, personalized hardware settings, and auto-install of critical updates, and Lenovo Migration Assistant, a free application that helps users migrate all user files and settings when upgrading systems. It also has a 30-day trial of the entire Microsoft Office suite of productivity tools.

    Consumers can also avail of business-grade support services upon purchase of the ThinkBook laptops. It includes Premium Support that provides direct access to skilled and experienced Lenovo technicians offering comprehensive hardware and software support, next business day onsite support, wherein Lenovo IT experts will personally troubleshoot any problems and provide further solutions on-premises, and Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) support that covers damages not usually part of standard warranties such as minor spills, drops, or damages to the screen.
