Asus just launched one of the most affordable gaming laptops equipped with an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 graphics card, the FX502. It’s equipped with either an Intel Core i5-6300HQ or an Intel Core i7-6700HQ processor, a 15.6 inch Full HD display, a 1 TB hard drive plus an additional 256 GB M.2 SSD for the top tier model, and 8 GB of DDR4 RAM.
Even though it’s just 23.5 mm thin and 2.2 kg light, the Asus FX502 still manages to pack decent thermal dissipation capabilities with its Hyper Duo-Copper Cooling system for both the CPU and GPU. It also packs a tactile keyboard with red-backlit scissor switch keys, highlighted WASD keys, and speakers tuned by ICEpower.
