Apple has unveiled a series of new devices at its September event last night.

The latest iPhone–the iPhone 11–has three variants; the budget iPhone 11, the iPhone 11 Pro, and the large screen iPhone 11 Pro Max. Running these latest iPhones is Apple’s latest processor, the A13 Bionic chip.

The new iPhones also have a brand new camera setup at the rear. These new iPhones all have a square bulge where the new wide-angle and ultra-wide angle cameras are housed. The iPhone 11 Pro and Pro Max will also be Apple’s first phone to sport a triple camera setup, adding a third telephoto lens to the setup.

With phone prices becoming more competitive, the latest generation of iPhones has a cheaper price tag compared to last year’s iPhone XS. The new iPhone starts at USD 699 for the iPhone 11, USD 999 for the iPhone 11 Pro, and USD 1099 for the iPhone 11 Pro Max, though we do have to await word on local pricing. Pre-selling starts on Friday in the US and other major countries, and it will be available in stores on September 20.

Apart from the new iPhone, Apple also introduced the seventh generation of the iPad. This iPad is a new step for Apple, now sporting a 10.2-inch screen with Retina Display. The new iPad will also be running Apple’s new iPad OS out of the box. What’s surprising about this iPad is the price tag with the base 32 GB model retailing at PHP 19,990, and is available for pre-selling right now.
