Globe finds its new home in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), moving from its main office in Mandaluyong City to a new new corporate headquarters in BGC called The Globe Tower.

The Globe Tower, which has 18 office floors, 9 parking levels, 2 floors of conference rooms, a store, a corporate showroom, and a dining level, will be the main hub of the company’s transactions. It brings together close to 4,000 employees currently housed in several business offices situated in different areas in Metro Manila.

“The move to The Globe Tower is momentous for us because it is an important component of the company’s transformation journey,” said Globe President and CEO Ernest Cu in reference to Globe’s efforts to improve customer experience through its network and IT modernization initiatives.

According to Cu, the building is aligned with the Leadership in Energy and Environment Design (LEED) standards, a green building rating system from the United States Green Building Council. Globe claims that environmental and location factors were considered in the design and construction of the building. The building makes use of LED lights, thereby significantly cutting light use and making the building 20% more energy-efficient.

In addition to this, Globe claims that within the building, they also aim to initiate green office transactions by employing an online platform.
