We’ve been waiting for Asus to launch their UX series of ultrabooks that we saw back in June in COMPUTEX, and it seems the wait is almost over – in the US at least. The UX microsite that just went up a couple of hours ago pegs the official unveil for the company’s ultrabook offering(s) on Oct. 11 in NYC, promising that “good things comes to those who wait” and proclaims that the “real ultrabook is arriving soon,” probably a jab at the other announced ultrabooks by competing companies. Hopefully the Taiwanese company is going to send that little gorgeous number we saw back in COMPUTEX to our shores right after its official unveil in the Big Apple.
