ArchivesRumors about the HTC Endeavor / One X continue to leak online

The alleged specs of the forthcoming HTC Endeavor, which may end up being called the One X, have been leaking out on the internet as of recent. The smartphone is said to be rocking a quad-core Nvidia Tegra 3 processor clocked at 1.5GHz as well as a Super-LCD panel for its 4.7-inch 720p screen display. As expected from HTC, its hardware construction will probably be very solid, and from the pictures we’ve seen, it looks to be a very thin device although we don’t know anything for sure about its actual dimensions just yet.

The unit will feature an 8-megapixel rear camera with a backlit sensor as well as 32GB of internal storage. Music fans will be glad to know that it includes an FM radio, Beats-branded ear-buds, and a five-pin connector believed to be for connecting the phone to a possible Beats audio dock. The smartphone will also be employing Intel’s recently announced XMM 6260 platform, which will provide HSPA+ connectivity. Supposedly though, there will be no microSD slot, no physical navigation buttons, and the phone will utilize a micro SIM. HTC has said that they are aiming to launch the product with a 4.0.5 version of the Android OS and the Sense 4.0 interface. Nothing has been officially announced about this release, but we’ll probably hear more from HTC at the upcoming Mobile World Congress.
