The Philippine Red Cross (PRC) has geared up its fleet and driving management with Honda Philippines, Inc. (HPI). Part of the Japanese vehicle manufacturer’s corporate social responsibility program, its Honda Safety Driving Center in Parañaque City provided a road safety awareness seminar and assessment to the drivers of PRC fleet vehicles last January 21-22, 2021.
PRC chairman & CEO, Sen. Richard Gordon thanked HPI, saying: “We thank Honda for their initiative to help PRC and our fleet. With their help, we will lead our vehicle force safely without slowing down to help the most vulnerable.”
HPI donated 104 units of Honda motorcycles to PRC, with the goal of helping the humanitarian organization have a line-up that can help during its rescue operations and emergency situations.
