Google is offering eligible college and university students across the Philippines one year of Google AI Plus for free, giving learners access to a collection of AI-powered study tools and additional cloud storage.
The offer is designed to help students manage coursework, organize academic requirements, and use Gemini as a more personalized study companion. Eligible students can claim the 12-month subscription until December 31, 2026.
Study Notebooks turns course materials into study plans
One of the key features included in the student plan is Study Notebooks, an AI-powered tool that can organize uploaded academic materials such as syllabi, slide decks, and reading packets into more manageable study resources.
Students can use the feature to generate step-by-step study plans, learning guides, and customized practice tests while tracking their progress. Exam dates and project deadlines can also be added directly to Google Calendar, helping students coordinate their academic workload with their existing schedules.

The subscription also includes direct access to Google’s Gemini Omni model, along with interactive 3D visualizations intended to make complex subjects easier to explore.
Gemini Live supports conversational study sessions, giving students another way to work through topics and questions interactively. A personalized morning Daily Brief can also help users keep track of priorities and upcoming tasks as part of their daily routine.
The plan includes 400GB of cloud storage shared across Google Drive, Gmail, and Google Photos for the full promotional year. That additional capacity can be used for larger projects, presentations, research papers, and other academic files.
How students can claim the offer
Eligible students can access the offer through Google’s student hub on a web browser or through the Gemini app. They need to sign in using a Google account and verify that they are actively enrolled at an eligible Philippine college or university.
A valid payment method is required to activate the subscription, although no charges will be applied during the 12-month promotional period. Students can cancel the subscription at any time, and the offer remains open to eligible users until December 31, 2026.
