After witnessing the bare and rare realm of authentic and outstanding speeches, walk and posture will now take center stage as the candidates claim their glimmers and prominence at the Mr. and Ms. University of Makati Paragon 2026 Preliminary Competition.
Happening on November 19, 2025, from 1PM to 7PM at the University of Makati Performing Arts Theater (UPAT), the stage will come alive with lights and sound working in perfect harmony as the candidates walk their talk and illuminate the spotlight with brilliance.
The event opens with Introduction of Candidates, where each contender will showcase their presence, power, and pride as they represent their respective colleges and institutes.
Following the introductions, the program continues with performances from the partner organizations and the platforms, a highly anticipated segment – the Runway Extravanganza – where aspiring models and individuals are given the chance to strut their best onstage.
The event will highlight the candidates Glamshot Photos, Advocacy Videos, and candidates collegiate wear costume. These portions give each candidate the opportunity to embody what their college or institutes stands for – moments where they define excellence, representation, and the true essence of being exemplars of the platform.
The Preliminary Competition stands as one of the most awaited events of Mr. and Ms. University of Makati – second to our Coronation Night – as it honors tradition, promotes inclusivity beyond boundaries and stereotypes, celebrates diversity through carefully curated segments, and embraces growth and progress in the realm of pageantry.
