Organized by HallyUP, the UP Society of Students for Korean Popular Culture, the event has evolved from small contests into an event that promotes both K-pop and P-pop while forwarding its various advocacies.
The tenth edition of HallyUniverse takes on a mystical new theme: SUPERNATURAL. Slated for May 17, 2025, at Ang Bahay ng Alumni in UP Diliman, the event promises not just performances but the complete fan experience—booths, raffles, games, and even magical surprises to watch out for.
What truly sets HallyUniverse apart is its commitment to purpose. Over the years, the event has supported a variety of charitable causes. This year, the beneficiaries are the Kopino Children Association Inc., which aids Korean-Filipino children, and the Philippine Mental Health Association, Inc., promoting mental health awareness and support.
This blend of passion and purpose has allowed HallyUniverse to leave a legacy far greater than just great performances. It has become an avenue for now-major acts like SB19, G22, Calista, and BINI, who all graced its stage before breaking into the mainstream.
