Ford Philippines is marking the return of the highly-anticipated Ford Island Conquest (FIC) experiential test drive event this year on May 19-21, 2023 at the ARCA South Interactive Park in Taguig City.
The first FIC leg for the year will see the Next-Generation Ford Ranger Raptor in action for the first time, alongside the Next-Generation Ford Ranger and Ford Everest. The specially-designed off-road track will allow customers and enthusiasts to experience first-hand the segment-leading features and capabilities of the Next-Gen Raptor, Ranger Wildtrak 4×4 and Everest Titanium+ 4×4 vehicles as they go through various driving courses and challenges.
Customers can also test drive the 4×2 variants of the Next-Gen Ranger and Everest on the road, including the recently-launched Next-Gen Territory.
Ford will also offer exclusive deals to customers who will reserve and purchase the Next-Gen Ranger, Everest and Territory during the 3-day Ford Island Conquest.
Now on its sixth year, the Ford Island Conquest features a mock-up showroom display, providing good opportunity for the public to learn more about the vehicles and various ownership packages. Customers can also learn more about the Next-Generation Ford ownership experience with offerings and services such as 5-Year Warranty, FordPass, Pickup and Delivery, and Express Service, among others.
It is also home to the much-anticipated outdoor test drive course designed to highlight key vehicle features, which include ride and handling, technology, capability, and safety.
“We are so excited that the Ford Island Conquest is back, and that on its first run this year, the public can check out and test drive our full line-up of Next-Gen vehicles headlined by the Next-Gen Raptor,” shares Mike Breen, managing director, Ford Philippines. “Apart from the Next-Gen Raptor, the 4×4 outdoor track is definitely a spectacle that we want everyone to experience together with our Next-Gen Ranger and Everest. FIC is always a much-awaited experiential roadshow and we are delighted to bring Filipinos a leveled-up test drive experience this year.”
Last year marked the return of the FIC as an on-ground event, providing customers an opportunity to see and test drive Ford vehicles outside a Ford showroom. Over 1,200 reservations for various Ford vehicles were generated during the seven (7) legs held in various locations in the country, including over 2,600 test drives.
The first leg of the Ford Island Conquest Year 6 will be open to the public from 9:00am to 9:00pm. Admission is free.
