Andre Rodrigues extended his perfect start to the 2026 SEAOIL Radical Challenge Philippines with another three-race sweep during Round 2 at Batangas Racing Circuit.
The Portuguese driver now has six wins from six starts in the SR3 Challenge, while the SR1 title fight tightened as JR Gan and Jaime Almario traded class victories across the weekend.
RODRIGUES SETS THE PACE FROM QUALIFYING
Rodrigues set the benchmark early, taking pole position with a 1:38.468 lap in the #30 Rodrigues Racing SR3.
JR Gan put the #17 MRD SR1 alongside him on the front row, followed by Jaime Almario and Vedant Agrawal.
In Race 1, Gan challenged Rodrigues at the start, but Rodrigues held the lead. Defending SR3 champion Mikey Jordan climbed to third on the opening lap on his return to the series before retiring two laps later with technical issues.
Rodrigues went on to win after 12 laps, while Gan held off Almario to claim his third SR1 victory of the season.

GAN AND ALMARIO TRADE BLOWS IN RACE 2
Race 2 produced another close SR1 battle.
Gan initially took the class lead before Almario moved ahead, but Gan retook the position with an inside move on lap four.
Rodrigues, starting from fourth, gradually closed on the battling pair before passing both to take his fifth consecutive overall victory.
Gan again topped the SR1 class, followed by Almario and Agrawal.
ALMARIO BREAKS THROUGH IN DAMP CONDITIONS
Race 3 began in damp conditions, with Rodrigues once again leading the field.
Behind him, Gan defended against Almario until the #25 AVI Racing driver found a way past on lap six. Gan recovered the position three laps later, but a technical problem then slowed his car.
Almario capitalized to take the SR1 class victory ahead of Agrawal and Gan, while Rodrigues completed another clean sweep to preserve his perfect season.
CHAMPIONSHIP LEADS TAKE SHAPE

At the halfway point of the season, Rodrigues leads the SR3 Challenge Cup with 158 points after six straight victories.
Gan remains on top of the SR1 standings with 125 points, holding a 23-point advantage over Almario on 102. Agrawal sits third with 51 points.
The results leave Rodrigues firmly in control of SR3 while keeping the SR1 championship battle open heading into the second half of the season.
