The local government unit (LGU) of Bataan—through the initiatives of Bataan Governor Joet Garcia, Representative Abet Garcia, and PCEDO Bataan assistant department head Raymund Macomis—has officially expressed its full support for the ongoing activities of Xpress, the country’s rapidly expanding ride-hailing service, as it gears up for the launch of its 4-wheel Transport Network Vehicle Service (TNVS) electric vehicle (EV) fleet this coming July.
This initiative aligns with both the province’s push for sustainable transportation solutions and Xpress’s commitment to cleaner, more efficient, and commuter-friendly mobility. The partnership marks a significant step in the transition towards green public transport, making Bataan one of the pilot areas for eco-conscious mobility innovation.
The upcoming 4W TNVS EV launch marks a milestone for both Xpress and the province. These electric vehicles will not only provide a more eco-friendly commute for locals and tourists but also contribute to reducing emissions and traffic congestion in key areas of Bataan.
As preparations for the July launch continue, Xpress will work with local communities, transportation companies, and drivers to ensure a smooth integration of the EV fleet. The company remains committed to developing job opportunities and providing safe, dependable, and technologically advanced mobility solutions throughout the province.
As Bataan strengthens its position as a model province for innovation, sustainability, and smart governance, Xpress is proud to be a part of that journey. Moving people, moving progress.
Together with the Province of Bataan, Xpress is paving the road toward a cleaner, smarter, and more connected future — one electric ride at a time.
