Honda Philippines, Inc. (HPI), the No.1 motorcycle manufacturer in the country, has officially launched two new off-road motorcycles — the CRF300L and CRF300 Rally —bringing in the new generation of design and performance for off-road riding.
Enhanced versions of their predecessors, the All-New CRF300L and the All-New CRF300 Rally will stand as the aspirational models for other on- and off-road motorcycles. These are the perfect bikes for riders looking for a powerful yet comfortable and maneuverable ride.
The All-New CRF300L and the All-New CRF300 Rally come equipped with a new 286cc, 4-stroke, liquid-cooled, DOHC, Euro-5 compliant engine for improved power and performance, delivering 19.6kW @ 8,250 rpm engine power and 26.1Nm @ 6,500 rpm torque. Fuel consumption has been improved at 29.5km/L for a longer and more efficient ride. The engine also has an Assist/Slipper Clutch for smooth gear switching operation and to prevent wheels from locking while changing gears.
Both off-road motorcycle variants, the All-New CRF300L and the All-New CRF300 Rally, have a digital meter with a gear position indicator to give riders precise gear information for a more controlled ride.
All-New CRF300L
The All-New CRF300L has a new light-designed thin headlight for improved road visibility, an upside-down gold shock absorber for safer and better handling, and a pro-link rear suspension for excellent balance when maneuvering.
Riders can experience improved comfort and better maneuverability with its 6kg weight reduction. Priced at PHP 259,900, it is offered in Extreme Red premium color.
All-New CRF300 Rally
Meanwhile, the All-New CRF300 Rally’s headlight design and winkers come with a large rally bike-style windshield for protection from small projectiles during off-road jaunts. This variant has an increased 12.8-liter fuel tank capacity, giving riders less worry about fuel when riding off-road.
Riders can experience a more relaxed and worry-free ride as the All-New CRF300 Rally’s weight has been reduced by 5kg. It also comes in Extreme Red premium color variant at a suggested retail price of PHP 300,000.
“The year 2020 clearly showed us what motorcycles can do for us in our lives other than daily commuting, paving way to endless possibilities for motorcycle innovations. For Honda, there is no end of the road to creating a better normal for Filipinos,” HPI president Susumu Mitsuishi said.
The All-New CRF300L and the All-New CRF300 Rally are available to all Honda dealerships nationwide beginning on March 24, 2021.
