For starters, the All-New PCX160 is powered by a new 4-Stroke, 157cc, 4-valve, liquid-cooled, single overhead cam (SOHC), enhanced smart power+ (ESP+) engine that delivers an outstanding combination of power and performance for maximum output of 11.8kW at 8,500rpm and a highly fuel-efficient 45.1km/L.
You’ll also get to experience the ride of a lifetime with advanced and exciting features, such as new LED head and taillights design for a fresher look; a hazard lamp and wider tubeless tires for a safer ride; twin shock rear suspension for smoother rides; and a sporty full digital meter panel for improved information visibility.
The All-New PCX160 is tailored with an idling stop system (ISS) to avoid wasteful fuel consumption. It also has an upgraded and secured front pocket sufficient to keep a 1.7-liter bottle. Other enhancements include a USB-type power outlet for convenient gadget charging, a smart key with an anti-theft alarm, and an answer-back system for better motorcycle security. In addition, its 30-liter utility box gives riders bigger storage space, while its 8-liter fuel tank capacity provides improved fuel efficiency for longer and more enjoyable journeys.
Honda ensures that rider’s safety comes first. That is why the All-New PCX160 has two brake variations—the anti-lock brake system (ABS) type and the combi-brake system (CBS) type. The ABS variant comes with Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC), guaranteeing smooth stops even for sudden braking as well as added wheel traction in slippery road conditions. The CBS variant, on the other hand, combines its front and rear brakes, allowing riders to achieve smoother operation and handling while braking. Both variants are equipped with front and rear disc brakes.
The All-New PCX160 with ABS has two premium color options to choose from — asteroid black metallic and the pearl fadeless white — with an introductory price of PHP133,900.
The All-New PCX160 with CBS also comes in two premium color options — matte dim gray metallic and pearl fadeless white — with an introductory price of PHP115,900.
