Suzuki brings the trendy Skydrive Sport closer to the youth with its Campus Hangout at Silliman University.

With more and more youngins discovering the convenience and benefits of traveling on two wheels, Suzuki has made it their mission to keep these young riders safe on the road by imparting to them the proper way of riding a motorcycle.

The Suzuki Skydrive Sport Campus Hangout is the result of this initiative. The launch of the campaign happened at historic Silliman University in the city of Dumaguete. As the first of this installment, the Campus Hangout was greeted with tremendous response.

In partnership with GUD Moto Trading, Inc., the Campus Hangout kickstarted with a Learn to Ride Program and Safety Riding Seminar facilitated by the Suzuki Safety Riding Authority. The venue was also filled with activities students got to enjoy. The ‘hangout’ included games, photobooth with Suzuki motorcycles, freedom wall, as well as a Mural Design Making contest that allowed students to express their creativity.

Capping off the event hosted by Sarah Carlos, Dani Gaston, and Arky Tabanas was a performance by Silliman University’s very own Samuel Akinbode & WillFreedo. Suzuki also held a Skydrive Sport Campus Dance Challenge and Suzuki Fashion and Style Show. The Millenial Trio JBK and Urbandub also entertained the crowd.

Suzuki also donated two Suzuki Skydrive Sport motorcycles to the university. The Suzuki Skydrive Sport is a stylish scooter powered by a 113cc, 4-stroke single cylinder air-cooled, fuel-injected SOHC engine that produces 8.5-Nm of torque at 6,000 rpm. It is available in black, pink, and matte silver and retails for PHP 67,900.
