The 7th Yamaha World Technician Grand Prix gathered the brand’s best mechanics around the globe for a customer satisfaction competition gauging professional tech skills, job explanation, and special care treatment. The tourney was divided into three categories, namely: Basic Maintenance Skill for accurate process, disassembly, adjustments, assembly, and measurement; Technical Skill, a practical exam for troubleshooting and repairs on updated technical and Fi systems; and Customer Relation, wherein they must interact with customers at a service facility, pitching the importance of Yamaha genuine parts in the process.

After coming out on top of the Yamaha Technician Grand Prix in the Philippines, Ramel Realin of UEMI Urdaneta, managed to be one of the Customer Service Award winners. By displaying outstanding service and quality interaction with customers, Realin was one of only three awardees out of 21 people.
