One of the newest ride-hailing apps in the Philippines recently made its mark in Bataan. Xpress Super App, an affiliate of the P.J. Lhuillier Group of Companies, held its second TNVS (Transportation Network Vehicle Service) Driver Recruitment and Onboarding event last March 28–29, 2025, at the Brgy. Malabia Covered Court in Balanga, Bataan.

The two-day event aimed to draw Bataan-based TNVS operators and drivers interested in securing one of the slots opened by LTFRB Region III and the Province of Bataan. Xpress is one of the accredited Transport Network Companies (TNC) authorized by the LTFRB and the local government unit (LGU) to provide ride-hailing services in the province.

Bataan is one of the leading provinces in promoting sustainable and renewable energy and is striving to extend this vision into its transportation sector. Among the most in-demand transportation options in the country is TNVS, and Bataan is set to pioneer the use of fully electric vehicles (EVs).

Xpress fully supports the province’s green vision, which is why, for this driver recruitment and onboarding event, the company partnered with several leading EV and hybrid car brands, including BYD, Jetour, MG Motors, and Hyundai. These brands showcased their EV and hybrid vehicles and offered test drives during the event.

Xpress has already established operations in Metro Manila, Cavite, and Boracay, offering mototaxi (2W), e-trikes (3W), and sedan/SUV (4W) ride-hailing services. In the near future, the company plans to introduce additional services such as Eats (food delivery), Send (courier), and Mart (grocery delivery) in areas where it operates.

Interested individuals who wish to become TNVS operators or drivers and learn more about the available vehicles for ride-hailing are encouraged to download and sign up on the
    Xpress Driver App.
