From 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM, attendees engaged in meaningful sessions that highlighted both industry growth and the indispensable role of Filipino talent. The program opened with a keynote from Arnel P. Natividad, CEO and co-founder of RevConnex
Solutions, who underscored the need for continuous learning and discipline in the healthcare workforce. Arnel shared his career insights and trends shaping the U.S. healthcare outsourcing landscape.
Government support was evident through the participation of Dir. Emmy Lou V. Delfin, Director IV of the ICT Industry Development Bureau, who highlighted the importance of capacity-building in the digital healthcare sector. Industry perspectives were also shared by partner clients such as the PhoenixMed Health Team, affirming the collaborative opportunities between Filipino professionals and global healthcare companies.
A standout moment was the talk by MK Bertulfo, RevConnex do-founder and chief strategy &
marketing officer, titled “Humans + AI: The Discipline That Sets Us Apart.” Her session emphasized the importance of balancing technology with human discipline, a timely reminder as AI adoption accelerates across industries.
Recognizing the Pioneer Batch
Ignite 2025 also celebrated the graduation of the RCM Masterclass Pioneer Batch, the first cohort of
trainees who completed RevConnex’s intensive training program. Their testimonials, alongside
