More than 250 employees of TP in the Philippines joined the Love Laban 2026 Pride March at the University of the Philippines Diliman, marching alongside advocates, allies, and partner organizations.
Led by the TP Pride Network, employees participated under the banner “Built on Pride, United in Belonging.” The activity formed part of the company’s efforts to support inclusion and strengthen a workplace culture centered on respect and belonging.
Six-kilometer march for equality and inclusion
TP employees completed the six-kilometer march from University Avenue to Congressional Avenue in support of equality, dignity, and human rights.
Through its participation, TP reaffirmed its commitment to fostering a workplace where employees are respected, valued, and given opportunities to thrive.
The Love Laban 2026 participation also highlighted the role of the TP Pride Network in bringing employees together around issues of inclusion and belonging.
