The new innovation hub will focus on practical enterprise use of Agentforce and Data 360, with real estate among its initial industry priorities.
Appistoki, a Novare Channel Partner, has launched a Salesforce Data and AI Center of Excellence at Novare’s headquarters in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, as part of a broader effort to accelerate enterprise adoption of AI in the Philippines.
Developed in collaboration with Salesforce, the center will serve as a joint innovation hub where both companies can co-develop applications and demonstrate how businesses can implement agentic AI in practical and scalable ways. The facility will focus on the use of Salesforce technologies across business operations and customer experience.
A dedicated space for Agentforce and Data 360
The Center of Excellence will serve as Appistoki’s dedicated innovation space for Agentforce, Salesforce’s agentic AI platform, and Data 360, Salesforce’s native data engine.
The goal is to show organizations how they can unify data and use AI agents to improve customer engagement, automate workflows, and create more connected digital experiences. The facility will host customer briefings, live demonstrations, workshops, and collaborative sessions for companies exploring AI-powered transformation initiatives.
“We wanted to create a space where organizations can experience AI in action,” said Abhijeet Kulkarni, founder and CEO of Appistoki. “Through Agentforce, businesses will better understand how intelligent and connected customer engagement can transform industries such as real estate.”
Real estate as an initial focus
The CoE will initially place particular emphasis on the real estate sector, with use cases including intelligent lead engagement, personalized property recommendations, and AI-assisted customer support.
According to the source, real estate accounts for more than 5% of Philippine GDP and expanded 6.8% year-on-year in the first quarter of 2026. Appistoki and Salesforce see AI as a way to support the sector through greater operational efficiency, more data-driven customer acquisition, and more personalized buyer engagement.
The focus on real estate also builds on Appistoki’s existing work with companies in the sector. Ayala Land, Inc. highlighted Appistoki’s role in its own Salesforce journey, particularly as the company looks to apply AI on top of the data already built within the platform.
“Appistoki has been a critical part of our Salesforce journey. We’re taking that journey to the next level, using AI on top of the data we’ve built on Salesforce to unlock more value from our investment and our partnership with Appistoki,” said Roscoe M. Pineda, chief information officer of Ayala Land, Inc.
Moving from AI pilots to production use
The new CoE is positioned around a shift from experimentation to more production-ready enterprise AI. Salesforce executives framed the partnership as a way to help Filipino businesses move beyond pilots and apply AI where it can generate measurable business outcomes.
“Business success in the Philippines will be defined by organizations that move beyond AI pilots to apply AI where it delivers measurable outcomes,” said Paul Carvouni, senior vice president and general manager for Salesforce ASEAN. He said the collaboration is intended to give businesses access to both the technology and implementation expertise needed to turn AI initiatives into operational systems.
Novare Technologies is also positioning the initiative around responsible and practical deployment. Victor Silvino, CEO of Novare Technologies, said AI should create meaningful impact for businesses and people while remaining enterprise-ready and outcome-driven.
Building local Salesforce capability
Appistoki and Salesforce have already worked together on AI and data initiatives across several industries, including real estate, banking, and telecommunications.
Appistoki says it has invested in industry-focused accelerators, Salesforce certifications, live experience demos, and other capabilities intended to strengthen its implementation capacity. The company is also part of the Salesforce Forward Deployed Engineering Partner Network, which it says gives it added engineering depth for helping customers move from AI strategy toward production-ready deployments.
These investments support the broader purpose of the new center: giving organizations a place to see, test, and understand how data and AI tools can be applied to actual workflows before moving into wider implementation.
Recognition across ASEAN
Appistoki was named ASEAN Partner of the Year for the second consecutive year at the Salesforce Partner of the Year Awards in May 2026. The company was also named In-Country Excellence Partner of the Year in the Philippines.
The recognition reflects its growing role in Salesforce-related transformation projects across the region. According to the source, Appistoki operates with teams across the Philippines, Indonesia, and India and holds more than 240 Salesforce certifications.
A local hub for agentic enterprise transformation
The launch of the BGC center gives Appistoki and Salesforce a dedicated local venue for demonstrating how AI agents, enterprise data, and customer-facing systems can work together.
For Philippine businesses, the CoE’s immediate value lies in access to live demonstrations, workshops, and collaborative development around specific business use cases. Its longer-term significance will depend on how effectively organizations can move from exploratory sessions to secure, scalable deployments that produce measurable operational and customer-experience gains.
