International tire company, Goodyear, is currently venturing into the field of Information Technology and is set to build a delivery center team in Manila.
The company deemed the city as a strategic global business services center to support other global IT hubs in USA, Luxembourg, Singapore, Hanau, Germany, and Brazil. Enhancing its worldwide IT service delivery, Goodyear’s IT delivery center in Manila will provide new job opportunities for the growing pool of IT professionals in the Philippines. The newly-minted department will need competent talents for systems, applications, and products (SAP); application development, digital operations, cybersecurity, quality assurance, business intelligence, and IT infrastructure.
