Converge ICT Solutions Inc., the Department of Trade and Industry, and TikTok Shop have launched SellerPlus, a joint initiative for Filipino MSMEs, online sellers, livestreamers, and home-based entrepreneurs.
The program combines high-speed connectivity, e-commerce tools, personal accident insurance, and business mentorship to address day-to-day challenges faced by digital merchants.
CONNECTIVITY AND TIKTOK SHOP SUPPORT
At the core of the SellerPlus bundle is Converge’s 200Mbps fiber internet service, positioned to support livestream selling and other bandwidth-heavy online business activities.
The bundle also includes TikTok Shop benefits for participating sellers. These include 0% commission fees for 90 days for newly onboarded sellers, Seller Diligence Missions where merchants can earn vouchers and incentives, dedicated customer service support, and traffic and voucher support through the monthly Sariling Atin campaign.
The program is aimed particularly at sellers in sectors such as food, fashion, and apparel, where businesses increasingly depend on digital platforms to reach customers and generate transactions.
PERSONAL ACCIDENT COVER FROM AXA
SellerPlus also includes Personal Accident Insurance from AXA.
Converge SME group vice president and head of SME marketing Angela Gutierrez said the bundle is designed as a practical execution channel for the AI and Scale-Up Center by combining connectivity, TikTok Shop growth tools, and personal protection in one offering.

She added that the package is intended to reduce operational bottlenecks by helping livestreamers and content creators maintain reliable connectivity while expanding their online reach.
CONNECTED TO THE DTI AI AND SCALE-UP CENTER
SellerPlus also serves as an execution channel for the DTI Bagong Pilipinas AI and Scale-Up Center in Makati.
Converge provides the center’s digital backbone for both physical and virtual operations, supporting live demonstrations of business AI platforms such as dynamic content generators, customer service bots, and inventory software.
The center also includes free co-working stations, meeting pods, pitching areas, accelerator training rooms, and hands-on digital skills workshops for local businesses.
Converge senior vice president and head of the SME group Dindo Marzan said high-speed, low-latency connectivity is intended to support real-time demonstrations and training programs without network disruptions.
MENTORSHIP THROUGH BIZFRIEND PH
The initiative also integrates the BizPro Rockstar Mentorship Program through the BizFriend PH Community.
The community is designed as a space where local merchants can interact, share experiences, and receive guidance on business disciplines such as partnership law, digital marketing, tax compliance, business communication, and growth.
The program connects entrepreneurs with mentors, including Atty. Anselmo for partnership law, Dindo Marzan for product and digital marketing, George Aurelio for tax compliance, James Deakin for business communication, and Mommy Negosyo for business growth.

BUILDING A BROADER SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR ONLINE ENTREPRENEURS
Taken together, SellerPlus combines fiber connectivity, TikTok Shop commercial tools, insurance coverage, and expert mentorship into a single support ecosystem for Filipino online entrepreneurs.
The initiative reflects a broader effort by Converge SME, DTI, and TikTok Shop to reduce barriers to e-commerce adoption and give smaller businesses practical tools to operate and scale in digital marketplaces.
