TCL showcased its latest commercial HVAC innovations at PHILCONSTRUCT 2026, highlighting its T-AI Inverter Technology and Smart VRF Systems as part of its growing portfolio of intelligent climate control solutions. The technologies are designed to deliver improved energy efficiency, indoor comfort, and smart building management for both commercial and residential environments.
Held from June 25 to 28 at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City, PHILCONSTRUCT 2026 gathered more than 1,000 local and international exhibitors under the theme “Responsible Construction for a Resilient Philippines.” Organized by the Philippine Constructors Association Inc. (PCA), the event also featured HVAC/R Philippines and TechnoForum, highlighting developments in energy-efficient building systems, resilient engineering, ESG integration, and regulatory standards.

From Residential Leader to HVAC Powerhouse
At the exhibition, TCL presented a range of air conditioning solutions designed for commercial, industrial, and residential applications.
Among the highlights was the TCL CoolPro Industrial+ Series 360° Round Cassette, developed for offices, restaurants, and hospitality spaces. The unit combines an Architectural Circular Design, 360° Omnidirectional Comfort, Advanced Purification & Easy Maintenance, AI-Driven Efficiency, Enterprise Smart Controls, and Industrial Durability to deliver efficient climate control in demanding commercial environments.
TCL also showcased the FreshIN 3.0 Ultra, a residential air conditioner equipped with AI Comfort Plus, a Dual-Cycle Fresh Air System, Smart Control, Advanced Purification, and AI Offline Voice Command capabilities. Visitors to the TCL booth were able to experience the system’s AI-driven features firsthand.
Smart VRF Systems for Modern Buildings
For larger commercial installations, TCL demonstrated its Smart VRF lineup, available in Modular, Mini, and Individual configurations.
According to TCL, the systems are engineered to meet a wide range of commercial climate control requirements while delivering high energy efficiency through High EER/COP ratings, Full DC Inverter components, high-efficiency heat exchanger design, and advanced self-adaptive adjustment technology.
