At Logitech G PLAY 2025, Logitech G unveiled the RS50 Direct Drive Wheelbase with TRUEFORCE and RS Pedals, expanding its modular Racing Series lineup with hardware designed to deliver greater realism, control, and customization for racers of all skill levels.
Sim racing has evolved from a casual pastime into a highly immersive motorsport experience where precision, consistency, and realism can make the difference between a podium finish and the middle of the pack.
“RS50 isn’t just hardware. It’s the beating heart of your SIM setup,” said Richard Neville, senior global product manager, simulation, at Logitech G. “Whether you’re taking the Parabolica at Monza at top speed or drifting in a rally stage, the level of torque, coupled with TRUEFORCE, ensures you feel every detail in traction and every bump in the road.”
Direct Drive Performance and TRUEFORCE Immersion

At the core of the RS50 Wheelbase is a direct-drive motor capable of delivering up to 8Nm of peak torque, a level Logitech G says was identified through extensive performance testing with experienced drivers.
The system is paired with TRUEFORCE technology, which translates in-game physics into detailed force feedback. Unlike conventional force-feedback systems, TRUEFORCE processes real-time game data, including road textures, engine vibrations, and tire slip, at up to 4,000 updates per second.
The wheelbase also features a durable slip ring design that supports up to 2,700 degrees of rotation, helping replicate real-world steering dynamics across a wide range of motorsport disciplines.
RS Pedals: Built for Precision

The RS Pedals are designed to work seamlessly with the RS50 Wheelbase and include a 75kg load cell brake pedal that measures braking pressure rather than pedal travel, closely replicating real-world braking feel.
Additional features include a Hall Effect accelerator pedal, customizable brake feel using interchangeable dampers and spacers, adjustable pedal lengths, carpet grippers, wall-bracing options, and an optional clutch module for drivers who prefer manual shifting.
“Our muscles respond more precisely to pressure than to movement,” said racing driver Suellio Almeida. “The RS Pedals deliver the kind of real-world braking modulation I expect from pro setups, and they bring that precision right to my home.”
A Modular Racing Ecosystem

One of the key features of Logitech G’s Racing Series is its modular design. New racers can start with the RS50 System, which includes the RS50 Wheelbase, RS Round Wheel, RS Wheel Hub, and RS Table Clamp, then expand the setup over time as their needs evolve.
The ecosystem is designed to support both first-time racers and experienced sim enthusiasts looking to upgrade existing G-Series setups.
RS H-Shifter Brings Manual Driving Back

Alongside the RS50 and RS Pedals, Logitech G also introduced the RS H-Shifter, a racing-focused manual shifter designed to deliver a more authentic driving experience.
The shifter features a custom seven-speed plus reverse mechanism, push-through lockouts for reverse and seventh gear, Hall Effect contactless sensors, and a construction that combines aluminum, steel, and high-strength plastic components.
According to Richard Neville, head of product, simulation, at Logitech G, the RS H-Shifter was developed to address growing demand from enthusiasts who want the engagement and control of manual transmissions.
Built for Durability and Sustainability
Logitech G says the RS50 Direct Drive Wheelbase has been engineered for long-term durability and repairability, with key wear components such as the slip ring designed to be replaceable.
The wheelbase is also built using low-carbon aluminum and 74% post-consumer recycled plastic, excluding wiring and packaging, helping reduce environmental impact while maintaining performance and durability.
Pricing and Availability
The RS50 is priced at PHP45,995 and is available in multiple configurations for different racing platforms.
The RS Pedals and RS H-Shifter are each priced at PHP9,995.
