The Philippine Pro Gaming League (PPGL), the multi-game esports league organized by Mineski Esports and Globe, and presented by Tostas, is set to air its grand finals broadcast this Friday and Saturday, July 31 to August 1, on its Facebook page.

The PPGL grand finals will feature sixteen teams competing in Rules of Survival Mobile (ROS Mobile), four teams competing in Call of Duty: Mobile (COD: Mobile), and four teams in Marvel Super War (MSW) all vying for a piece of the PHP 910,000 prize pool.

The first day (July 31) will feature the two shooters, ROS Mobile and COD: Mobile with the action starting bright and early at 10:00 AM while the second day (August 1) will feature up and coming mobile MOBA MSW. This season’s PPGL grand finals will also be the first to crown a champion for COD: Mobile and MSW.

The PPGL had earlier adjusted its format due to the quarantine measures implemented to deal with the pandemic. The league transitioned to an online and mobile-only season to bring its fans an esports experience they can enjoy while under quarantine without sacrificing tournament integrity and still offering a variety of game genres.

PPGL will also treat viewers by giving away PHP 60,000 in rewards during the stream ranging from diamonds in ROS, COD points in COD: Mobile, star credits in MSW, and exclusive PPGL merchandise. These items will be raffled off to viewers only so fans need to watch the stream to find out how to join. Surprise guest hosts will also hype up viewers each broadcast day.

PPGL enjoys the full support of the game publishers NetEase Games for ROS Mobile and MSW, MARVEL for MSW, and Garena for CODM. The entire tournament is presented by Tostas Corn Chips.
