Globe is expanding its digital ecosystem with a new wave of AI-powered services, cloud storage solutions, connectivity products, and community-focused initiatives designed to help Filipinos navigate the ongoing energy crisis and rising cost pressures.
The new offerings were unveiled during The Blueprint, its quarterly media briefing held at The Globe Tower under the theme “Keep Going with Globe.”
The showcase highlighted how connectivity services are evolving beyond traditional mobile access into a broader platform for digital inclusion, business support, community resilience, and everyday convenience.
AI and cloud services for everyday users
Among the newly introduced services is Globe Cloud, the company’s own cloud storage platform that offers more affordable backup and file preservation services for consumers.
The service includes features such as Flashback and AI-powered photo editing designed to simplify digital archiving and content management.
Globe also introduced AI Fiesta, a platform that consolidates multiple AI models into a single service designed to make artificial intelligence tools more accessible for students, creators, SMEs, and entrepreneurs.
The platform allows users to access various AI systems without maintaining multiple subscriptions, while also enabling prompts that generate outputs across multiple AI tools simultaneously.
Instagram Basic was also introduced as a lightweight connectivity option that enables users to purchase promos and personalized top-ups directly in the app, while also supporting emergency data loans through the Mobile Center feature.
Connectivity designed around care and community
Globe At Home also showcased how broadband and digital financial tools are being integrated into local communities through initiatives involving GFiber Prepaid and GCash.
The program transforms traditional palengkes into more digitally connected marketplaces by providing free WiFi access for vendors while enabling scan-to-pay transactions for customers. The initiative also supports access to digital credit and insurance services for vendors and small businesses.
Globe said its evolving household ecosystem now extends beyond internet access by incorporating flexible payment options, sustainability-focused energy solutions, and everyday rewards into a more integrated digital lifestyle platform.
The company also highlighted GoSafe, a new campaign under the Globe of Good masterbrand focused on safer digital experiences through site-blocking, content filtering, and digital literacy initiatives.
Enterprise tools powered by AI and cybersecurity
For enterprise customers, Globe introduced Google Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (GE CX), an AI-powered solution designed to help businesses modernize customer engagement. The platform supports conversational shopping assistants and AI concierge tools to improve customer support and digital commerce experiences.
Globe also announced that GFiber plans will now include Free Vulnerability Assessment Scans to help businesses identify cybersecurity risks while improving digital resilience. The bundled approach aims to make cybersecurity tools more accessible for industries including e-commerce, healthcare, and finance.
“Connectivity today is no longer just about access, it is about making people feel supported, and about building meaningful connections that strengthen lives,” said KD Dizon, chief marketing officer of Globe Enterprise.
“Whether it’s the connection that helps businesses grow, the connection that keeps families secure, or the connection that allows communities to thrive, Globe is committed to being that lifeline,” Dizon added.

Technology and inclusion moving together
Through its latest products and services, Globe continues positioning connectivity as a broader ecosystem centered on resilience, inclusion, safety, and economic empowerment.
The company said its latest initiatives are designed to help Filipinos remain connected while adapting to evolving economic, digital, and social challenges.
