PLDT Home Fiber Prepaid users can now reload their internet subscriptions through the Maya app and participating Maya Business Centers nationwide. The expanded payment option gives users more flexibility in managing their prepaid fiber internet through both digital transactions and assisted over-the-counter services within their communities.
The partnership also reflects the continued push toward more accessible digital payments and connectivity services, especially for households balancing work, school, and entertainment needs at home.

Users can reload PLDT Home Fiber Prepaid directly through the Maya app’s Shop section or by visiting nearby Maya Business Centers.
The setup allows customers to choose between cashless mobile transactions and physical retailer-assisted payments, depending on their preferred payment method.
John Y. Palanca, senior vice president and head of consumer business at PLDT, said the additional loading channels are designed to make Fiber Prepaid services more accessible and aligned with how Filipinos use digital payments today.
“By expanding our loading channels through Maya’s consumer app and Maya Business Center retailer network, we’re making PLDT Home Fiber Prepaid more accessible, flexible, and aligned with how Filipinos live and use digital payments today,” Palanca said.

The rollout also supports Maya’s broader push to expand digital payment adoption while improving access to essential services.
For users who already rely on Maya for bills payments, money transfers, and online shopping, the integration adds another everyday utility inside the app.
Meanwhile, Maya Business Centers provide additional accessibility for customers who prefer in-person transactions while also creating potential revenue opportunities for small business operators in local communities.

How to reload via Maya
Customers can purchase PLDT Home Fiber Prepaid load by opening the Maya app, selecting the Shop tile, tapping Broadband, choosing PLDT Home Fiber Prepaid, and entering their account number before payment.
Once payment is completed, the load is credited instantly and users can verify transactions through their myHome account.
