The contest is Philam Life’s way of paying tribute to parents who have inspired their children with valuable real life lessons.

Netizens are encouraged to share a photo of their mom or dad and the real life lessons they have learned from him or her. The most inspiring story wins the grand prize – a luxury buffet for four at the Spiral in Sofitel Philippine Plaza Manila.
