DAYAMONZ has partnered with G Holdings to develop and provide services for the mobile game Haikyu!! TOUCH THE DREAM, which is based on the popular sports anime Haikyu!!. The game, inspired by the anime about volleyball, launched in Southeast Asia on November 18, 2024.
The anime “Haikyu!!” is based on the high school volleyball manga written by Haruichi Furudate, a youth sports series that started serialization in Shonen Jump in 2012. The series has exceeded 60 million copies in circulation. Additionally, the latest movie, “HAIKYU!! The Dumpster Battle,” was released in 2024, achieving high box office rankings and showcasing its continuing popularity.”
The anime “Haikyu!!” follows the journey of the protagonist Shoyo Hinata, who, along with his teammates, strives to win the national volleyball championship. This youth sports story captivates a wide audience with its classic sports narrative, combined with unique, charming characters. Its appeal to both men and women has helped the series build a strong fanbase.
Haikyu!! TOUCH THE DREAM is a mobile game where popular characters like Karasuno, Nekoma, and Aoba Johsai from the anime “Haikyu!!” are brought to life as cute 3D mini-characters. The game focuses on strategic and dynamic volleyball gameplay, featuring essential volleyball skills like serving, receiving, tossing, spiking, and blocking, along with a system of skill compatibility. It offers an exciting, action-packed experience for players.
Since August 6th, Haikyu!! TOUCH THE DREAM has seen higher-than-expected participation during its pre-registration phase in Southeast Asia. Depending on the total number of pre-registrations, a variety of in-game items will be given as cumulative rewards after the official launch. Players who participated in the pre-registration will also receive special in-game gifts.
The mobile game Haikyu!! TOUCH THE DREAM is now officially available for download on Google Play Store and Apple App Store in Southeast Asia. It supports multiple languages, including Thai, Indonesian, English, and Simplified Chinese. To celebrate the launch, players who log in for seven consecutive days will receive daily rewards. New players will also be given a special selection ticket for iconic characters, allowing them to start the game with a top-tier character of their choice.
