The one-day hiring event in Makati is open to experienced BPO professionals, fresh graduates, career shifters, and first-time applicants.

TP in the Philippines is opening more than 10,000 Customer Expert roles through its Metro Manila Grand Job Fair on September 28 at Dusit Thani Hotel in Makati.

The event will run from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and will bring together recruitment teams and openings from TP’s Mega Manila sites in one location. Applicants can explore available roles, undergo interviews, and potentially complete the hiring process within the day.

Open to experienced and first-time applicants

The hiring initiative is open to experienced BPO professionals, fresh graduates, career shifters, and first-time BPO applicants, including those without previous industry experience.

Experienced candidates can explore new accounts, roles, and career paths, while those entering the BPO sector for the first time can apply for positions supporting global customers.

Pre-registration is available through the TP Philippines Grand Job Fair registration page, allowing applicants to prepare ahead of the event and review opportunities that may fit their skills and career interests.

What applicants need to bring

Applicants are advised to bring a valid ID, updated resume or CV, ballpen, and a data-connected device for QR code scanning and profile creation on site.

The hiring event targets Customer Expert roles supporting a wide range of global accounts across telecommunications, healthcare, travel and Global Distribution Systems, financial services, retail, digital advertising, sales, SEO, and other customer experience and business support functions.

Openings across Mega Manila

TP operates across multiple Mega Manila locations, including Alabang, Antipolo, Cavite, Makati, Mandaluyong, Quezon City, Taguig, Pasay, Pasig, and Parañaque.

The company says the variety of accounts supported by these sites gives successful applicants exposure to different industries and customer environments.

Part of a wider recruitment push

The Grand Job Fair forms part of TP’s “Hello” campaign, which focuses on helping applicants enter or advance within the company.

TP has operated in the Philippines for 30 years and currently employs around 60,000 people nationwide, with operations in Metro Manila and regional IT hubs including Cebu, Bacolod, Baguio, Clark, Cagayan de Oro, Davao, Laoag, and General Santos.

The company also plans to announce additional job fairs outside Metro Manila as it expands its recruitment efforts.

More information on available positions and hiring requirements is available through the TP website.
