Yamaha Motor Philippines brought together 20 Silver and Gold members of the My Yamaha Motor REV-PH App for Ride to Defy Cebu 2026, an exclusive three-day experience held from September 25 to 27 in the Queen City of the South.
The program marks the second installment of Yamaha’s Silver and Gold member experience program, moving the journey from the northern landscapes of Ilocos to Cebu. Randomly selected from hundreds of loyal members through a raffle draw, participants came from different parts of the country for a getaway designed around riding, rewards, adventure, and community.
REWARDING SILVER AND GOLD MEMBERS
Members achieve Silver and Gold tiers through the purchase of Yamaha products, availing of genuine services at authorized Yamaha dealer outlets such as Yamaha 3S Shops, Revzones, and the YZone Flagship Shop, as well as through participation in Yamaha events.
Ride to Defy Cebu was designed to recognize members who actively engage with the Yamaha brand and community. Beyond the reward itself, the three-day experience gave participants opportunities to earn additional points while sharing the journey with fellow riders.
RIDING THROUGH CEBU’S LANDMARKS
The Cebu adventure began with a city ride that took participants across several well-known destinations, including Mactan Shrine, Temple of Leah, Taoist Temple, Magellan’s Cross, and 10,000 Roses.
Each stop included activities where members could earn reward points while exploring the city. The itinerary combined the experience of riding together with visits to cultural, historical, and leisure destinations around Cebu.
TAKING ON KAWASAN
The second day moved from city streets to a more physically demanding challenge as members traveled to Kawasan for a guided canyoneering experience.
Participants navigated strong river currents, rugged terrain, and cliff jumps, relying on determination and teamwork throughout the activity. The experience reflected the Ride to Defy theme by encouraging members to move beyond their usual routines and take on something more adventurous together.
A NIGHT FOR THE YAMAHA COMMUNITY
After the Kawasan adventure, members gathered for a Social Night at Club Serena.
The evening gave participants time to unwind, strengthen new friendships, and celebrate their shared passion for riding. It also added a more relaxed community element to a program built around both adventure and customer engagement.
A CEBUANO FINALE IN CARCAR
The final day concluded with a traditional Cebuano lunch featuring native lechon in Carcar. Participants were also given time to purchase local delicacies and souvenirs before returning to their respective hometowns.
After three days of riding, sightseeing, adventure, and social activities, members left Cebu with new experiences and friendships formed through the program.
