Attention all TV enthusiasts, now’s your time to get off your couch, make an upgrade, and get a chance to win a trip for 2 to Boracay. TCL, America’s fastest growing TV brand, and the world’s third largest TV manufacturer is currently holding its third quarter promotion.
A total of four winners will be drawn from the raffle to win a trip for two. The promo currently runs from July 1 to August 15, 2017 with the first raffle draw on August 29. If you miss your chance on the first round, then don’t fret. A second raffle draw, to be held from August 16 to September 30, 2017 will also be held, with the second raffle draw on October 14, 2017. - The first raffle draw for July 1, 2017 – August 15, 2017 entries is on August 29, 2017, while the second raffle draw for August 16, 2017 – September 30, 2017 entries is on October 14, 2017 to be held at TCL Sun Inc., Head Office (4F Zen Tower 1111 Natividad A. Lopez St. Ermita, Manila), 4:00 PM.
- Customer should fill-in the required information in raffle coupon with the customer’s complete name, address, contact number, email, model purchased, branch of purchase, affixed signature and drop their entries at drop boxes located in the store. The customer must drop or submit their entries exclusively at the store of their purchase.
- Deadline for dropping of entries will be at store closing hour (8PM) on August 15, 2017 and September 30, 2017 respectively.
- The winner shall be drawn by a committee formed by the management of TCL and to be witnessed by a duly authorized DTI representative.

- Prizes are non- transferrable, and not convertible to cash or items of the same value.
- Consolation prize can be claimed at TCL Sun Inc. office or sent to winner’s registered mailing address.
- Registered entries not drawn in the previous monthly draws will not be included in the second draw. A person can only win once. If winner was drawn more than once in a draw date, he/she gets the prize with higher value.
GUIDELINES:
- Upon joining the promo, winners agree that TCL Sun Inc. may use or publish their names and photos on the TCL Facebook page, social media assets, and website.
- Winners shall be notified via registered mail and shall be announced on TCL’s social media assets as well.
- For winners from Greater Manila Area, he must personally claim their prizes, presenting any valid I.D. (e.g. Company I.D., SSS, TIN, License, and Passport), the winning raffle stub and the registered mail at TCL Sun Inc. office. For winners from the provinces and other regions, prizes will be awarded at the branch of purchase. If claiming through an authorized representative, the representative must also present the above-mentioned together with an authorization letter duly signed by the actual winner. Consolation prize may be claimed at TCL Sun Inc. office or sent to winner’s registered mailing address.
- All prize taxes, delivery of prizes and other related expenses on the prize will be shouldered by TCL Sun Inc.
- The winner shall be given until sixty (60) days from receipt of registered mail to claim their prizes. Prizes not claimed after 60-day period shall be forfeited in favor of TCL with prior approval from DTI.
- The raffle promo is open only to legal residents of the Philippines who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of TCL Sun Inc., and participating outlets including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
- All employees of TCL, promoter, merchandisers and its advertising agency, including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are not qualified to join the promo.
CONTROL MEASURES
Sealed drop boxes shall be collected one day after the deadline for dropping of entries and brought to 4F Zen Tower 1111 Natividad A. Lopez St. Ermita, Manila for safekeeping under custody of TCL Sun Inc. A DTI representative will be invited to be present in the opening of drop boxes and during the drawing of winners. Raffle coupon with name, address, contact number and signature is valid.
