Yuchengco Museum, in collaboration with Young Artists Studio, will be giving a walk-through to the life and works of Master Fernando Amorsolo with a pragmatic series of lessons in art production.
Back to Basics aims to mix art history and production to encourage a deeper understanding of the early years of Philippine art while learning drawing techniques at the same time.
The three part lesson ensures students will equip students drawing skills and techniques for creating their own drawings. Using Amorsolo as inspiration, participants will also get to learn meanings of select masterpieces as well as analyze the artist’s concept.
