The wellness experience combines movement, performance tracking, and recovery insights through Samsung Health and the latest Galaxy Watches.
For many people, fitness is easy to reduce to numbers: pace, repetitions, distance, or workout duration. Samsung’s Galaxy Wellness Club takes a broader approach, putting recovery and self-awareness alongside performance.
The concept came together through “Train Run Recover with Galaxy,” a wellness experience that gave #TeamGalaxy members different ways to move, including high-intensity interval training, barre, and Run with Galaxy. The Galaxy Watch9 and Galaxy Watch Ultra2 provided health and activity insights throughout the experience.
Train according to your routine
The training portion of the program reflects the idea that there is no single way to stay active.
HIIT can build strength and endurance, while lower-impact activities such as barre emphasize balance, flexibility, and core strength. The broader aim is to help users choose movement that fits their own goals rather than follow a single training formula.

Through Samsung Health, the Galaxy Watch9 and Galaxy Watch Ultra2 provide metrics such as Fitness Index, Heart Health Score, and Daily Cardio Load. These insights are meant to give users more context on how much they are doing and how their routines may affect them over time.

Running is treated similarly. Rather than focusing only on personal bests, the program encourages users to think about consistency, rhythm, and how running fits into everyday wellness.

The Galaxy Watch9 is positioned for users who want health and activity tracking integrated into daily routines, while the Galaxy Watch Ultra2 targets more demanding outdoor activity. The latter includes Trail Run, more precise GPS tracking, and a 5,000-nit display designed to keep information visible outdoors.

Together, the watches are intended to help users understand their movement more clearly rather than simply record how far or how fast they went.
Recovery is part of the routine
The final part of the program focuses on recovery, reinforcing the idea that wellness does not stop when the workout ends.
Rest, refueling, and paying attention to how the body feels can help make an active routine more sustainable. Samsung Health features such as Vitals, Sleep Apnea insights, and Heart Health Score extend tracking beyond exercise and give users additional context around their overall wellness.
Activity insights can also help users put daily movement into perspective, making it easier to know when to push harder and when recovery matters more.
A more balanced view of fitness
Through Train Run Recover with Galaxy, Samsung is framing wellness as something broader than isolated workouts.
The combination of training, running, recovery, and health tracking reflects a more balanced approach, where movement is only one part of the picture. The Galaxy Watch9 and Galaxy Watch Ultra2 serve as the technology layer, helping users stay connected to the data behind their routines as they train, recover, and return to everyday life.
