The Central Luzon State University Junior Marketing Association (CLSU JMA), in collaboration with the CLSU College of Business and Accountancy (CBA), CLSU University Extension Program Office (UEPO), and the Department of Trade and Industry – Nueva Ecija Provincial Office (DTI-NEPO), successfully launched the third edition of the “Partnership for the Goals, Partnership for Sustainable Development: Business Masterclass and Trade Show” held on August 19–20, 2025, at the FPJ Development Communication Hall in Central Luzon State University, Science City of Muñoz, Nueva Ecija.

This two-day event provided a dynamic platform for 32 local MSMEs from Nueva Ecija to showcase their products and services, ranging from food to handicrafts, and more. It also offered CLSU’s second and third-year marketing students a unique opportunity to network with these MSMEs, forming partnerships that will continue throughout the semester. The students will apply their knowledge in retailing and distribution management to promote and help sell the MSMEs’ products, fostering growth for both the businesses and students.

    Event Highlights:

    • Opening Ceremony: The event officially kicked off with remarks from Dr. Rocelyn M.
    • Barroga, CBA Dean, who emphasized the importance of collaboration, stating, “Your success is also our nation’s success.” Dr. Aldrin E. Badua, Director of CLSU-UEPO, and Mr. Warren Patrick T. Serrano, Acting Provincial Director of DTI-NEPO, also shared messages of support, stressing the significance of partnerships between academe, government, and industry for MSME growth.

In a ceremonial moment, the CLSU College of Business and Accountancy presented plaques of recognition to the CLSU JMA and DTI-NEPO for their valuable partnership in making the event a success.
